Accreditations and approvals

Colibri Healthcare, LLC is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Individual state nursing approvals

In addition to states that accept ANCC, Elite is an approved provider of continuing education in nursing by: Alabama, Provider #ABNP1418 (valid through February 5, 2025); California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #CEP17480 (valid through January 31, 2024); California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians (LVN Provider #15058, PT Provider #15020) valid through December 31, 2023; District of Columbia Board of Nursing, Provider #50-4007; Florida Board of Nursing, Provider #50-4007; Georgia Board of Nursing, Provider #50-4007; Kentucky Board of Nursing, Provider #7-0076 (valid through December 31, 2023); Mississippi Board of Nursing, Provider #50-4007; and North Dakota Board of Nursing, Provider #50-4007. This CE program satisfies the Massachusetts Board’s regulatory requirements as defined in 244 CMR 5.00: Continuing Education.

Resolution of conflict of interest

In accordance with the ANCC Standards for Commercial Support for continuing education, Elite implemented mechanisms prior to the planning and implementation of the continuing education activity, to identify and resolve conflicts of interest for all individuals in a position to control content of the course activity.

Sponsorship/commercial support and non-endorsement

It is the policy of Elite not to accept commercial support. Furthermore, commercial interests are prohibited from distributing or providing access to this activity to learners.

Course verification

1. Eligibility

The“Summer Essentials Bag: Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”), featuring daily prizes such as gift cards, fun items, and/or self-care products is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Colibri Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as Employees, are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Colibri Group, 399 S Spring Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110 (the “Sponsor”).

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represents and warrants that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Colibri Group as final and binding with respect to this Giveaway.

4. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted online for each day of the Giveaway beginning July 10, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and ending August 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Giveaway Period”). Each 24-hour period constitutes a separate daily entry window.

5. How to Enter

To enter, You must complete the daily giveaway entry form provided via Elite Learning’s promotional emails or landing pages during the Giveaway Period.

No purchase is necessary.

One entry per person per day is permitted.

Entries that are incomplete, duplicate beyond the daily limit, or violate these Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Colibri Group.

You must provide accurate entry information and may not enter using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

6. Prizes

One winner will receive a summer giveaway package featuring a personalized beach tote bag, a blue Stanley tumbler, a blue-and-white picnic blanket, a waterproof Bluetooth speaker, Biore UV Aqua Rich sunscreen, Summer Fridays beauty/skincare products, and additional beach-ready accessories. Prize items, colors, styles, and brands are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at the sponsor’s discretion.

Prizes are determined solely by the Sponsor and are nontransferable. No cash or other substitutions are permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Any taxes associated with receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Colibri Group to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of winning.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

A Winner will be selected daily by random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days of their selection.

Colibri Group is not responsible for:

emails blocked by spam filters,
incorrect contact information provided by entrants, or
a Winner’s failure to respond.

If a Winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, does not claim the prize within 5 days, or fails to return required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

9. Rights Granted by You

By entering, You grant Colibri Group and its licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use your entry, name, image, likeness, statements, and any submitted content for promotional purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice or compensation, where permitted by law.

10. Terms & Conditions

Colibri Group reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. Any attempt to undermine the Giveaway may result in civil or criminal prosecution.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Colibri Group and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from participation or acceptance of any prize, including but not limited to:

technical failures,
unauthorized human intervention,
printing or typographical errors,
personal injury or property damage, or
any other issues related to participation.

12. Disputes

The Giveaway is governed by U.S. law and the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, before a court of competent jurisdiction in Missouri. You waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Winners List

To obtain the names of daily Winners or a copy of these Rules, mail a request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
